Firing up the Engines

I am going to Japan. Unless something horribly wrong, much more awful than tonight (GMT) happens, then that is FACT.
But tonight, I had to go through, the nasty process of changing the itinerary that I had carefully gone over for the past few weeks, and which I poured my heart into.
I had seen a Sumo match I wanted to attend, sparing all the grizzly details, I "applied" to book for the ticket. I then proceeded to change the whole month to fit this one small change. I contacted every single hostel to change dates, and even changed my route and booked a couple more hostels. The horrible thing here is that being on the safe side I wanted to book my ticket in advance, but applying for the ticket won't actually mean I have a ticket until the ticket office let me know "within the next 96 hours". It could all be for nothing, and conjures up a few Persian proverbs! Although Sumo does look exciting ! I am still really excited, I wish I could just speed up time a little.

This all isn't to say I am not prepared, because hell I am ready!
